The person in front of you.” print on the back in a large font with a smiley on the front upper left chest. We use a classic sweatshirt and tees that feature an oversized relaxed unisex fit. Stick TTS for a relaxed loose fit, size up for super oversized perfect with leggings or size down for a true feminine fit. I always size up to a 2X for this very oversized look.
These are HANDMADE in our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 business days to ship these as they are made to order. If you have other items in your order, they will ship once sweatshirt is complete.

**HOLIDAY SEASON GRACE: Friendly reminder that ALL shipping carriers are extra busy during the holiday peak season. We cannot control what happens to a package once it leaves our warehouse. Please allow EXTRA time to receive your package during this timeframe. (November 15-January 15).
ALL IN STOCK Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). This excludes weekends and national holidays. This does NOT include preorder items (please read preorder policy below)
Please note that the delivery date shown is only an estimated delivery time, NOT a guaranteed date/time. Exact delivery date is always based on USPS/UPS. Please track your package via your tracking number provided on your fulfillment email.
Incorrect mailing addresses provided on your account/order that get returned to the boutique, will NOT be refunded and a separate fee will be charged for shipping it again to your correct address. We will only allow this second shipment one time.
Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and dimension of the package. Velvet Noire Boutique reserves the right to choose the best shipping method for all “free shipping” offers.
When shopping on the mobile app ONLY, we offer FREE SHIPPING automatically on all mobile app orders placed within 24 hours of a previous order on the mobile app in the USA ONLY. International orders are exempt from this option. Our mobile app can be downloaded for free on your mobile device.
A customs/duty fee may be charged for international shipments and when purchasing at Velvet Noire Boutique, customers are agreeing to pay for all the fees regarding the package. Cardboard packaging may be removed for international orders to reduce the dimension of shipment. Velvet Noire Boutique will not issue a refund for your order if your package is undelivered due to unpaid customs/duty fees.

Velvet Noire Boutique is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS/UPS shipping
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. USPS or UPS will be responsible once the package has been dispatched.
- Products marked delivered by Post Office / UPS according to tracking. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
Carrier Contact Numbers:
If USPS could not reach you after several attempts, the package will be sent back to us. In such cases your order will not be refunded. You will need to pay additional shipping and handling fee for the package to be re-delivered to you.
PREORDER/ MADE TO ORDER/ GRAPHICS ITEMS:
This pertains to items labeled **PREORDER** OR located in our PREORDER or GRAPHICS Collections. They are custom made specially for YOU. Please note that if any part of your order contains at least ONE preorder item, the entire order (including other items), will be shipped at the same time the preorder item order is shipped. In most cases, preorder items are expected to ship within 2 weeks, however it could take longer depending on vendor times who are hand-making the items for you. We do notate in each item in the PREORDER collection how LONG that specific item may take to make, receive and ship. If we are unable to get your preorder items out within 3 weeks, we will contact you and ask you to choose between three options: refund, shop credit, or exchange for item in stock for the price of your item.
SPECIAL ORDER WIGS:
Wigs listed as SPECIAL ORDER will take longer to receive, inspect and ship than those listed as PREORDER. A detailed ETA (estimated time of arrival) ship time is listed in the description of each wig whether it is PREORDER or SPECIAL ORDER. SPECIAL ORDER wigs can take up to 3-4 months to receive in house, inspect and ship. PREORDER wigs typically take 2-3 weeks to receive in house, inspect and ship. PLEASE READ EACH DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY BEFORE ORDERING.
Special Order items are currently in production and have not yet arrived at our warehouse. These items will ship as soon as they arrive. Please note that if any part of your order contains at least one special order item, the entire order (including other items) will be shipped at the same time the special item order is shipped.
ALL returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving (the date listed with shipping carrier of DELIVERY DATE will be the start of the 14 days. Not the day you open your package). TAGS MUST BE INTACT (if applicable) for return on the item.
BEAUTY PRODUCTS: There are no returns or exchanges allowed on any/all beauty products due to sanitation issues. They are FINAL SALE.
A note MUST be included with your package stating your name, order number, and a reason for the return. If you want to exchange, you MUST specify what you'd like to exchange it for and SIZE. If you want to return, you MUSTspecify how you'd like your refund (account credit or payment refund). Without this note- you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. Any items received without this note will be out the package and the refund.
**PLEASE MAKE NOTE that if an item is OUT OF STOCK in the item and/or size you request to exchange for, upon us receiving, we will process a refund to your payment method.
You will receive a refund to your payment account less the original shipping paid and less a 5% restock fee.
All sale items are final. No returns will be allowed on those items. If you are unsure just shoot us a message.
All return items will be shipped by the buyer at their own expense. The buyer will need to keep track of the tracking to follow up if the refund hasn’t been sent.
All return items that appear worn/washed, have stains or makeup, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will NOT be accepted. ZERO exceptions. This includes damage to shoe boxes.
We carefully inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on its condition. If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date posted by UPS/USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your returns will be donated to charity after 7 days.
PICK UP ORDERS:
ALL Pick-Up ORDERS are required to be picked up within 7 business days from the date it was "fulfilled". If you cannot do so, please choose shipping as your preferred shipping method instead of the Pick-Up option at checkout. If a pick-up order is NOT picked up within 7 business days, we will cancel the order and refund you MINUS the 5% restock fee.

We take pride in quality checking each item before shipping to you. If you believe you have received an incorrect/damaged or are missing an item, we MUST be notified within 3 calendar days of you receiving the order at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1. Order Number
2. Description of item you received (or did not receive) and what’s wrong with it (if damaged)
3. Clear pictures of damaged item AND packaging (including label) it arrived in.
If you received an incorrect item, it MUST be in the same condition that it was received (tags attached (if applicable), lace intact (if a wig), etc.) to be eligible for an exchange/refund.
