Hello! I am SO glad you are here! My name is Johanna, I am the owner of Velvet Noire Boutique, a women’s clothing business! I am very active on social media, as I also take on being an Influencer! I have been in the online realm for over 5 years and am still loving it more day by day. What I love most is being able to connect with people like YOU! Share my story, relate, and inspire you to get through your struggles and help you become the best version of yourself.

LET'S GET PERSONAL

Let's start with the most important things in my life. I am a wife to an amazing man, Stefan. Stefan does all the back end work of Velvet Noire.. i seriously could not do this without him. I'm also a badass momma to four beautiful little boys (Atlas 6 months, Tyrus 4 years, Silas 5 years and Rourke 8 years). 

So what is my story? Well, I started my journey over 5 years ago on social media like most of us all do. Just posting my life for friends and family to see and engage with. I found social media influencing and my life catapulted me into a life I am beyond grateful for. Being able to share who I am, be who I am, dream, set goals, change lives, and help other people find their light again. Without my decision to partner with a beauty brand online, this would never be. Fast forward another 3.5 years, I had retired myself from corporate America, had 3 babies at that time, opened up Velvet Noire Boutique and retired my husband from corporate America a few months later. We now have four children, a bigger home, travel all the time (besides good ole 2020) and I have been able to do things that I never dreamed possible before. And we aren’t stopping.

Stefan and I have fallen in love with our boutique, so much so that it has become our sole business and our purpose.

MY MISSION

I am pushing to do more, be better, and serve more of YOU. I want Velvet Noire to be a place where you feel beautiful, confident, loved, worthy, respected, and dignified. If I realized one thing in my life, it is I have the power to heal. And I will never take that for granted. So between unapologetically being myself, sharing how I rock my plus size figure, to how I do my beauty routines, I am here to show you, you can do it too. And YOU can live your best life, if you choose to.
