Everything You Need to Know: Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Timeframe: Don’t forget, your returns need to be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your fabulous package! The countdown starts from the delivery date listed by the shipping carrier, not the day you unbox your goodies. And remember, tags must be intact (if applicable) for a successful return!

2. Condition Matters: We want your items to be as fresh as a daisy! Please ensure that all return items are unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors (like smoke or perfume), or pet hair. If it looks like it’s been through a fashion show, we can’t accept it—no exceptions! This also includes keeping those shoe & wig boxes in tip-top shape.

3. Inspection Time: Our team will carefully inspect all returned items, and we reserve the right to deny a return based on its condition. If your return doesn’t meet our guidelines or isn’t postmarked within 14 days, please don’t send it back! You’ll be responsible for any extra shipping costs to have it sent back to you. If you choose not to pay for return shipping, your items will be donated to charity after 7 days.

4. Final Sale Alert!  Some items are final sale and can’t be returned, including:

5. Shipping Costs: All returned items are shipped back at your expense. But don’t worry! We offer Free Returns Coverage from REDO on all purchases. If you opt-in at checkout, your return shipping label is included, making returns a breeze! If you skip the coverage, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Processing Times: Here’s how long it takes to process your returns based on where your item is from:
- Velvet Noire Boutique Warehouse – Schofield, Wisconsin: 3-5 business days
- VNB 2nd Warehouse – California: 5-7 business days

7. Refunds: We charge a restocking fee based on the following table: if you choose to recieve your refund to Account Credit, the restocking fee is waived.

8. Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept exchanges. 

 PICK UP ORDERS: All pick-up orders must be collected within 7 business days from the fulfillment date. If you can’t make it, please select shipping instead! If a pick-up order isn’t collected within 7 days, we’ll cancel it and refund you minus the 5% restock fee.

 Damaged Products: We take pride in quality-checking each item before it reaches you! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 3 days of delivery by clicking  HERE .
