• 14 days to return (7 for 2nd Warehouse).

• Starts from the delivery date (not unboxing day).

• Tags must be intact.

Condition Matters

• Items must be unworn + unwashed.

• No stains, odors (smoke, perfume), or pet hair.

• Shoe & wig boxes must be in good shape.

Inspections

• All returns are checked by our team.

• Late or non-qualifying = denied.

• If denied, items can be shipped back at your cost, or donated after 7 days.

Shipping Costs

• You cover return shipping.

• OR opt into REDO at checkout (includes your return label).

• WI Warehouse: 3–5 business days

• CA Warehouse: 5–7 business days

Refunds

• No restock fee if refunded to store credit.

• Refunds to original payment:
  • 0–19% refund = 5% fee
  • 20–29% refund = 8% fee
  • 30%+ refund = 10% fee
